1 Definitions & Interpretation

The key terms used in these Terms are defined below:

4 Bonuses & Promotions

All bonus offers on jawa9 are provided under specific conditions. Accepting a bonus is considered acceptance of all related terms.

Welcome Bonus:

• 150% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000.
• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500.
• Example: Deposit ৳12,000 and receive a maximum bonus of ৳8,000, giving a total balance of ৳20,000.
• Wagering Requirement: 10x (applicable on bonus funds only).
• Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 10 = a total of ৳15,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.

Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. Winnings earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met. Each promotion may have a specific validity period.

5 Gaming Policy

All games on jawa9 are operated on the basis of fair play. Our platform offers various types of games including slots, casino games, fishing games, and sports betting.

• The outcome of every game is completely impartial and controlled by a Random Number Generator (RNG).

7 Special Terms for Sports Betting

jawa9's sports betting section allows you to bet on cricket, football, kabaddi, and various other sports.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed.
• If a match is cancelled or postponed, the original stake for that bet will be refunded.
• After the official result is announced, winning bet amounts will be added to the account.
• Specific rules may apply for betting on BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, or other tournaments.
• Betting on a match after its result or circumstances are already known is prohibited.

8 Account Security & Responsibility
